Job Summary: We are seeking a proven, dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our small but growing team and work with both established accounts and developing new ones.. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with businesses, driving sales, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outdoor products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Prospects: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential business clients, including retailers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Canyon Coolers products. Educate clients on product usage and maintenance.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing, and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the outdoor products or consumer goods industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM development a plus. (ZOHO)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Passionate about outdoor activities and products.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Aprox 15% travel
